These Terms apply to your use of the Crystalbayestate website and to any reservation, service or experience arranged through it.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting or using this website you accept these Terms in full. If you do not accept them, kindly refrain from using the site.

2. Age requirement

This website and our resort are meant for adult guests aged 18 and over only. By confirming your age on the entry page you affirm that this applies to you. We may ask for photographic identification upon arrival.

3. Reservations and payment

• Every reservation depends on availability and our confirmation.
• Prices are quoted in EUR and include statutory VAT where applicable; city tax and gratuities may be additional.
• A valid credit card is required to guarantee a reservation. Full payment is taken on departure unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellation

Bookings may be cancelled at no cost up to fourteen (14) days before arrival. Within fourteen days the first night is charged; no-shows are charged the full stay. Best Available Rates may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

5. Conduct of guests

We retain the right to decline service or end a stay if a guest puts staff or other guests at risk, damages property, disregards our gaming rules, or otherwise violates reasonable standards of behaviour.

6. Gaming

Gaming on our premises is governed by International law and is available solely to guests aged 18 and over. We encourage responsible gaming; self-exclusion and limits can be set up at any time with our gaming host.

7. Liability

We exercise all reasonable care to maintain a safe setting. Our liability is capped to the fullest degree allowed by applicable law. We are not accountable for valuables that are not placed in the in-room safe or hotel safe.

8. Intellectual property

Everything on this website (text, images, logos, design) belongs to Crystalbayestate or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of International. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cannes.
